At Proximagain S.A.S. ("Proximagain", "we") we process personal data in accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and the supplementary regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). This policy describes what data we collect, the purposes we use it for and your rights.

2. Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email address), the technical data generated by your browsing (IP address, device type, browser) and information derived from cookies when you provide your consent.
3. Purposes
We use the data to: send you information about real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina; manage your newsletter subscription; analyse site performance; comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
4. Legal basis
The legal grounds for the processing are your express consent, the performance of the relationship you request (subscription), compliance with legal obligations and Proximagain's legitimate interest in maintaining the security and operation of the site.
5. Recipients and transfers
We may share your data with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics). Any international transfers are made to jurisdictions with an adequate level of protection or through contractual clauses in line with Argentine regulations.
6. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as your subscription is active and for the legal periods that apply after its termination. Afterwards we securely delete or anonymise it.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will publish the new version at this same URL with the corresponding update date.
